May 12 Tabs updateHey Im still here. I have been working out at snap 4-5 times a week and my almost 5 yr old likes taking walks in the evenings. Although with all this excersise I am not loosing only maintaining. my shocker came when I had my physical 1st in 5 yrs and my trigliserides are through the roof. So I am on a mission to bring them down. Did some research online and got the right supplements and keep up the excersises now I have to get the food in shape , Im workin on it.
