    A.M. Exercise

    Morning exercise is going well for the 2nd week.  I started last Monday doing eliptical training for 20-40 minutes.  I did 3 mornings last week and now this a.m..  This should be more helpful than at night.  I need to start incorporating more weight training.  I do use free weights while I'm riding my bike but I need to do more.  I need to not snack at night!!  I might have to have something!  Celery is the only thing that I can think of that would be o.k.

    I certainly hear you and having to do more weights, that is a problem for me.  I have been doing a group power class twice per week which is all weight training so that is helping.  I have no disclipine in using the weights otherwise.  I also have a nighttime snacking problem and have been having some fruit in the evening and a vita top, which are muffin tops and are 100 calories each.  Good luck!  Dolly
