April 21 A.M. ExerciseMorning exercise is going well for the 2nd week. I started last Monday doing eliptical training for 20-40 minutes. I did 3 mornings last week and now this a.m.. This should be more helpful than at night. I need to start incorporating more weight training. I do use free weights while I'm riding my bike but I need to do more. I need to not snack at night!! I might have to have something! Celery is the only thing that I can think of that would be o.k. Comments (1)
